The room was immaculate. the bed was big and comfortable! parking was available on the road outside with a provided display disc. I didn't use the breakfast option. it was a lovely stay.
check-in was via text, but the text didn't give me the room code. i tried calling several times, but it went to voicemail! eventually, i found another number and got the code, but there was no apology.

Check-in involved a key collection. key collection was quick. staff addressed an issue i encountered. i found this to be efficient. The staff were helpful!

i found the room very clean. the modern bathroom had a nice shower unit. the king size bed was comfortable.
unfortunately, check-in was not easy. i tried to get the key codes, but communication was difficult. it was a bit of a nightmare to contact someone for assistance.

The arrival was a bit of a mess. getting the room codes was difficult. I had to use a local pub's wifi to even attempt to contact anyone. then, the shower had a leak from the roof when my daughter used it. also there was a stain on one of the blankets.

the room was very clean. i had a tv and a kettle. there was also tea and coffee available. the bed was comfortable.
check-in required a text with a key code to enter the building. unfortunately, the text did not include the code for the room itself. i had to call the provided number multiple times and it went to voicemail. no one called back.

i appreciated the close proximity to the town center. the room was very clean and the bed provided great comfort. i also found the shower to be good and the tea and coffee making facilities quite convenient.
the room was hot because it was an extension with roof lights that were boarded over and a fan would have really helped with sleeping. there was also a spiral staircase that was blocked off by chairs.

check-in was super easy and key collection was quick. the bed was very big and comfortable, probably the comfiest bed ever. it was a quick walk down to the town centre. i enjoyed how central it was!
the tv channels were quite basic, with no option to watch any films.
