Great Stay Near Everything

The room was clean. It looked just like the photos shown online. The bed was super comfy and i slept very well. The location was good and close to everywhere I wanted to visit. I found the room affordable. I would definitely stay again, using this accommodation.
The free parking created a small problem for me. The parking situation can be a bit difficult. It's not ideal for people with walking limitations.

The staff was really helpful! Location is central to EVERYTHING. I pre-booked parking right in front, it was so convenient. Wi-Fi, hairdryer, TV, shower, tea and coffee facilities were all available.

The room was very comfortable. It included everything I needed for my stay. The location was great and close to all the places I wanted to visit. The hotel was easy to find.
The customer service was poor. The information about how to enter and unlock the door was given to me via FT, which I did not appreciate. There was no personal interaction to thank me for my stay, only the bare minimum.

The reserved parking on site was very helpful. I found the team to be very helpful. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything regarding check in and out was quick and easy.
Customer service regarding door codes and information was provided via facetime. I thought this was unprofessional.

i noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom. the smell entered the room when the toilet door opened. the shower had weak water pressure.
