Great Stay Near Everything
clean room comfy bed
The room was clean. It looked just like the photos shown online. The bed was super comfy and i slept very well. The location was good and close to everywhere I wanted to visit. I found the room affordable. I would definitely stay again, using this accommodation.
The free parking created a small problem for me. The parking situation can be a bit difficult. It's not ideal for people with walking limitations.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!
helpful staff convenient parking
The staff was really helpful! Location is central to EVERYTHING. I pre-booked parking right in front, it was so convenient. Wi-Fi, hairdryer, TV, shower, tea and coffee facilities were all available.

The room was very comfortable. It included everything I needed for my stay. The location was great and close to all the places I wanted to visit. The hotel was easy to find.
The customer service was poor. The information about how to enter and unlock the door was given to me via FT, which I did not appreciate. There was no personal interaction to thank me for my stay, only the bare minimum.

Really good stay close to the tower

The reserved parking on site was very helpful. I found the team to be very helpful. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything regarding check in and out was quick and easy.
Customer service regarding door codes and information was provided via facetime. I thought this was unprofessional.

The room included fresh smelling bedding and the bed was comfortable. There was an en-suite bathroom including a shower. a built-in wardrobe, offering sufficient storage space , I appreciated it.

The hotel was very clean, which I always appreciate. The staff were friendly and helpful . The location is great, minutes from attractions (it made exploring so easy!).
