The staff were friendly and cute. The studio was well-kept and decorated perfectly with everything I needed.
The food service was confused and slow. I had to chase missing starters and mains for several of our party. Portion sizes were small and the music was very loud.

the townhouse location was a real issue. it required walking down the street, it lacked the convenience i expect from a hotel. the room felt basic, it didn't match the luxury impression the hotel tries to create.

i stayed in a townhouse one-bedroom beautiful apartment. the room included a little fridge plus a selection of glasses. the bathroom featured a free-standing bath and a double shower.
my apartment had low sloped ceilings and barely any headroom. the dining table was unusable because of a lack of head space. the skylight above the bed had flaky paint.

I found the room decoration to be quite poor. The fixtures looked tacky to me. The bathroom lacked practical storage space for personal items. The sheets felt rough, and the pillows were too hard for my liking (I expect better for the price).

The staff checked us in smoothly. They also carried our bags up to the apartment for us. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with an easy-to-use shower. Complimentary crumpets and jams left for us added A VERY NICE bonus.
My negative feedback addresses the townhouse apartments. They are situated some distance from the main building. One minor inconvenience was the distance.
