Wonderful stay with fantastic views
great location comfortable bed beautiful view
I found the location great with a tram and bus stop right outside. The lady at the hotel was pleasant and friendly. She gave good advice about transport! The room was lovely, fresh, and comfortable. The new bed felt very comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my window.
The staff was not always available when needed, a little inconvenient at times.

The hosts were very cute and very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble! the hotel location was perfect. Everything was there for a pleasant stay. the continental breakfast was amazing, with different options. i would definitely recommend to anyone and will tell my family and friends. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They genuinely couldn't do enough for me. the hosts ensured i had a pleasant stay. the couple working there were lovely, and they were easy to approach whenever i needed assistance.

The hotel is in a perfect location with views of lights and the sea! there is also a tram stop right outside. This made it easy to get around. it is near the front and within a quick walk of the pleasure beach and water park.

the room was perfect for a family! it was clean and spacious with a bunk bed. the continental breakfast included tasty fresh items! the staff were friendly and very helpful !
it was slightly inconvenient that the tram stop was only accessible from one direction, requiring a short walk to the next stop for travel in the opposite direction.

relaxing stay NEAR the pleasure beach
friendly owners clean room delicious breakfast
I enjoyed the friendly owners who were Brillant. They are helpful and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and clean. The cooked breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The hotel is right next to the pleasure beach. My daughter loved the dog. He is friendly and kept out of the way .
The bar was unavailable because the hotel is undergoing refurbishment.

The hotel includes a pool table and shuffle board. These are perfect for kids. Breakfast offers plenty of options to choose from with delicious, cooked meals available. The television signal was good with decent size tv.

The owners are very nice and friendly. They were cute and accommodating hosts. They thought of everything for the children. They even left some teddy's on the bed to put a smile on the kids faces when they walked into the room.

bathroom cleanliness limited breakfast
The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. I found remnants from a previous guest in the toilet upon arrival. the sink and shower seemed to have a blockage. Using the sink caused foam to appear in the shower. Continental breakfast was the only option, quite limited.
