the staff was friendly and helpful i liked the afternoon daily tea with fruits in the lobby breakfast was ok to me i had a Beautiful DOUBLE ROOM.
the hotel advertises itself as a five star hotel but this is not true the room size was small i could hear everything from surrounding rooms. shower caps were not waterproof low quality towels were provided.

this hotel, wow, it just blew my mind! the staff, i swear, they anticipated every need i could possibly have. stella and luna, they remembered my name and made sure i had everything i needed. they even reminded me about breakfast, super sweet!
the central ac control was maybe not my favorite thing, but honestly, everything else was so amazing it didn't matter much.
