Really good Service and Modern Comfort
helpful staff cruise arrangements soaking tub beautiful decor
The staff was genuinely helpful. Jasmine assisted with tour and cruise arrangements. Breakfast included many options. The bathroom featured a beautiful soaking tub. The hotel is new and fragrant. The room was spacious with a beautiful decor. The reception staff were great. They helped us with everything we needed.
The gym was unavailable .

friendly staff afternoon tea small room low quality towels
the staff was friendly and helpful i liked the afternoon daily tea with fruits in the lobby breakfast was ok to me i had a Beautiful DOUBLE ROOM.
the hotel advertises itself as a five star hotel but this is not true the room size was small i could hear everything from surrounding rooms. shower caps were not waterproof low quality towels were provided.

the staff always offered assistance with a smile. stella and luna provided really good support. the availability of halal food options through both the restaurant and room service added a special touch. jasmine from guest services expertly arranged my entire trip, securing the best prices.
the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was a very slight inconvenience.

amazing experience!
very nice stay friendly staff attentive service
this hotel, wow, it just blew my mind! the staff, i swear, they anticipated every need i could possibly have. stella and luna, they remembered my name and made sure i had everything i needed. they even reminded me about breakfast, super sweet!
the central ac control was maybe not my favorite thing, but honestly, everything else was so amazing it didn't matter much.
