the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. parking was easy, there was space right outside the room. i did like the tea and coffee in the room too.
the towels were definitely old. the heating in the annex felt not enough, the room was cold. i think the staff needed a course on customer relations.

The host seemed unwelcoming upon arrival. She insisted I move my car despite many empty spaces. Then she wanted payment BEFORE i even had breakfast. REALLY?!?!

the breakfast had a great choice of menu. the food was well presented and i had dinner . the location was perfect.
The outside annex building heating is below what is needed. The room was cold.

the staff were very helpful. breakfast was great with a lovely selection. the room was excellent and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the restaurant menu offered many excellent choices at reasonable prices.

ample safe parking is available away from the main road. a nice large bar area provides space for pre or post dinner drinks. the village has a newsagent and a petrol station within walking distance.

my room was warm with beautiful decorations. the bed was super comfy. the bathroom was a good size and the facilities were super clean. real plunger coffee was a fabulous touch.
