The staff seemed shockingly poor. i waited five minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though they stood right there. the bed felt hard, and the bathroom needed better cleaning. The tub looked quite dirty..

I received a ground floor room as requested. The room was very clean, and i found the bed comfortable. The pub atmosphere was nice, and the food was good during the evening meal.
The staff WERE slow to acknowledge me upon arrival. Still, they were eventually attentive.
