The breakfast offered excellent value. I found the town full of interesting buildings (which I appreciated). The staff were friendly and they created a cute atmosphere.
The shower provided only a weak stream. The hall light entered the room through a window above the door. The television frequently froze, I had to reset it several times.

the staff helped us with parking when the lot was full. they directed us to available spaces nearby. the room included tea and coffee facilities. breakfast featured a full english option cooked to order. i found this very satisfying. we appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the pub.
the bar was crowded, and it got a bit loud in the room. that's my only very very slight complain.

The staff offered assistance with parking and gave clear directions. They were helpful and friendly throughout our visit. staff also moved their own cars, great to park more conveniently. the breakfast service was prompt.

The room had adequate tea and coffee making facilities, and it was generally clean! the bathroom included mini toiletries. I thought this was a nice touch. beds were comfortable for a good night sleep.

The hotel is near many coffee shops and restaurants, which adds convenience. the train station is also a short walk away. this location is useful for visiting local attractions. We found it accessible.

the staff were really friendly and cute. breakfast was cooked to order, (which i found quite excellent) and it was delicious.
in the bedroom, there was a window above the door. it let in the hall light all night. i also found that the tv kept freezing .
