Excellent Hotel Experience
stylish room efficient valet helpful staff
I found the room stylish and clean. A good selection of beverages were available in the minibar, though some were chargeable. The staff was very helpful, assisting with luggage immediately upon arrival. The valet service was efficient. My car was promptly retrieved each time I requested it.
The bathroom faucet showed signs of wear. Adjusting the water temperature was difficult because the mechanism wasn't very precise. The floor drain also seemed prone to clogging after short showers, creating a minor inconvenience

The bell service was prompt, always available to assist with luggage or provide directions. The front desk staff handled inquiries efficiently and politely. I appreciated their responsiveness! The concierge offered helpful recommendations for local dining.

dim lighting poor soundproofing
I was annoyed with a couple of things. the lighting in the room was terrible. It was way too dim, especially in the evening. it made it hard to read or get any work done. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear street noise quite a bit, and it was tough to sleep well. this really detracted from what could have been a better stay.
