The location is fantastic. Allan was amazing. He gave excellent activity recommendations. The team thought of all the finishing touches to. The hotel and rooms are just beautiful!!!
The pre-stay email didn't mention the restaurant closing time, so alternate arrangements were needed.

The spacious room had a fantastic, decked area, ideal for watching the sunset. The staff were attentive and offered complimentary beverages daily. Local restaurants offered a variety of cuisines. The location was great for nearby attractions such as the elephant sanctuary, monkey world and birds of eden.
The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Newer bedding would improve the experience.

My room had a fantastic view. The lagoon was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, particularly Allan, with luggage assistance. The food at the Nest restaurant was great, and the staff were cute (especially to a solo traveler like me!).
