The Lookout Inn, New Orleans

The Lookout Inn offers four whimsically themed spacious suites, each approximately 500 square feet. Each suite includes a queen-sized bed and an adjacent living room area, providing ample space for relaxation. These suites can be rented individually or as a group rental, accommodating a maximum of 12 guests across all four suites.

The hotel boasts a beautiful backyard oasis filled with lush tropical plants, featuring an in-ground cocktail pool and a relaxing hot tub. This outdoor space allows guests to unwind in a peaceful setting away from the liveliness of New Orleans. Guests can also enjoy the poolside cabana equipped with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and bathroom facilities.

Each suite showcases unique cultural themes, such as the Mission Suite that reflects Spanish heritage, and the Elvis Suite inspired by fifties decor. Guests will experience the charm of New Orleans in the Mardi Gras Suite, adorned with rich colors and Fat Tuesday memorabilia. The Bollywood Suite offers eclectic furnishings and decorations that transport guests to a different world.

Located in the Bywater neighborhood, The Lookout Inn is approximately two miles from the French Quarter. Guests can use the RTA No. 8 for convenient access to both Bywater and the French Quarter. Street parking is available right outside the inn for those who drive.

In addition to individual suite rentals, the entire property can be rented for group stays. This option provides exclusive use of the backyard and all amenities, creating a private retreat for families or friends. Each suite's design accommodates both social gatherings and personal retreats.
