friendly welcome helpful staff great value
I appreciated the friendly welcome upon arrival. The staff was helpful.. nothing seemed like too much trouble. I found the evening meal excellent and of great value.
I noticed some noise from the bar area late into the evening.

Parking was easily accessible and convenient . The location proved easy to find. The hotel also offers designated areas for relaxation and recreation.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. I found the ground-level room very convenient. It made access easy when traveling with luggage and other items.

dated room cleanliness improvement
the evening meal was delicious and the staff were accommodating (a definite plus!).
i wasn't aware there was no breakfast served on weekdays, this was disappointing. the rooms are somewhat dated, and i felt cleanliness could be improved. some areas looked like they needed a refresh.

a mixed experience.
worn furniture excessive noise
The room was somewhat neglected. furniture seemed worn. a fresh coat of paint would improve the space. there was also excessive noise from pub patrons at night. This disrupted sleep.

i appreciated the spacious family room. beds were very comfy for everyone.
the beer garden seemed a bit run down it needs some attention. furniture looked tired also rooms could use a paint job.
