i had a nice Christmas, my mum was very comfortable in the disabled access room. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. my mum was well looked after and taken care of, which i value. the lodge has a beautiful setting, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
the mattress in the room i booked was uncomfortable. i woke up with a sore back each morning, which detracted from an otherwise excellent stay.

The staff provided really good care. They were attentive and proactive in ensuring all needs were met. communication before my stay was excellent, providing clear and timely information. the team.

the hotel is situated in a lovely, quiet setting away from main roads. open fields surround it. the rural location added greatly to the relaxing nature of the visit.

The food was beautifully presented, tasty, and plentiful. there was thought put into the premises! the breakfast included really tasty, local meat products. I found the dining experience excellent.
