The staff are FRIENDLY and helpful. Location is convenient, i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. My room was clean and spacious, that was good.

Our room was next to some downpipes. EVERY time someone above flushed i could hear the water. Lighting was insufficient in the room. I could not read any instructions since i needed closed curtains and there were no light from the street.

The location allowed quick access using the tram directly from the train station. The reception staff gave me a warm welcome and explained the hotel's amenities clearly. The food at the restaurant was of high quality, and the menu offered diverse options. I appreciated the discount offered at a nearby hotel for breakfast. It featured a superb selection and excellent service.

The rain shower was not my preference.

My room was very comfortable with a well set up interior (and I really appreciated the yummy chocolate left on the bed as a nice surprise!). The bar facilities and staff were amazing, a standout feature of my visit. I also found the beer garden quite fine.

The rooms were way smaller than the pictures suggested and finding the parking area was quite difficult.
