Peaceful Stay with Great Service

I especially loved that the room included direct access to a shared pool, perfect because it had only six rooms. The staff communicated well and arranged timely airport transportation. I also appreciated the prompt airport pick-up and drop-off. The room was decent, had a comfortable bed, and the AC worked well.

The pillows needed replacement because they showed discoloration. Replacements were unavailable.

The hotel is situated on a secondary road, placing it a manageable walk from the beach. I found it pleasing that it sits slightly removed from the bustling main thoroughfare. This separation offered a more relaxed environment.

damp room stained sofa

The room smelled a bit damp, maybe because of the humidity. I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. The sofa had a stain. The tv remote was missing its battery cover, annoying. Housekeeping should pay more attention to details like these. It kinda brought the whole experience down a notch.

the staff was consistently helpful they arranged a smooth airport transfer i appreciated the provided beach towels which saved luggage space the breakfast offered good value. i found the air conditioning effective and quiet the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat the hotel's location near restaurants simplified meal planning. i especially liked the helpfulness of the front desk staff.

there was a slight delay once getting extra toiletries however this was quickly resolved.

the hotel is close to many local shops and restaurants it makes exploring easy the proximity to the beach is definitely convenient for daily trips. transport links are also accessible.

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

I got upgraded to the Executive King Room Pool View. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The location is convenient with several dining options nearby! The hotel also has two 7-Eleven stores close.

The bathroom shower needs work. Some tiles were missing, and the paint on the ceiling and wall was peeling. There was also a water bulge on the wall near the bathtub.

The hotel features a shared pool accessible from only six rooms in total and also the airport pick-up and drop-off services operated punctually, so transportation to and from the airport was easy.

an amazing stay!

great location shaded pool friendly staff

i loved the location! it was great! the pool was really lovely. it had shade for most of the day, just perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful! i especially enjoyed how close it was to everything, yet not right in the center!

the breakfast wasn't the best, i wish there was a little more variety available. i ended up grabbing coffee elsewhere a couple of mornings, though the rest of the hotel was great!
