a haven of serenity
immense room generous gesture convenient transport
The rooms felt immense, adorned with amenities, a true touch of luxury. complimentary minibars stood as a good surprise, a generous gesture that added to the pampering. i found the availability of tuk tuks useful. They provided convenient transport around the extensive grounds. the daily changing breakfast offered a good variety.
i noticed the service felt slow at times, a minor inconvenience. i think there might have been communication barriers. i hope they improve service speed.

the infinity pool offered amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. the grounds were green and leafy, almost zen-like. a well-equipped gym provided options for exercise, promoting wellness .

sewage smell small portions
the room had a king bed , so that was alright.
the bathroom smelled like sewage upon arrival , not exactly the luxury i was expecting. bath towels were missing on three out of my four nights , a minor detail that adds up. the restaurant portions were small for the inflated prices , a classic tourist trap move.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Hotel
quick tuk-tuk complimentary snack friendly service free minibar
The hotel is very hilly ,but they offer quick tuk-tuk rides from the room to the lobby. Every time I requested a tuk-tuk ,it arrived within five minutes. Staff at the restaurant provided friendly service and offered a complimentary traditional Thai snack before the meal. The minibar included free items ,like two beers and two coconut waters.
The gym is very nicely equipped ,however vegetation is obstructing the view from the Hill Villa I stayed in.

The hotel offers a large terrace pool ,and a well-equipped gym is available. There is a buggy service that is available to shuttle guests between reception and rooms. This makes getting around the hotel very easy.

The hotel is situated in the hills ,away from busy areas. I rented a motorbike ,and this made exploring the surroundings easy. It was also convenient to buy fruit from local shops and snacks from nearby supermarkets.

The breakfast had an excellent service ,and the food tasted great. The hotel restaurant offers a menu ,however it is not very extensive. I found the dine-in food to be average.

The room was gorgeous ,and the bathroom was massive. The bed was divine ,probably the best hotel bed I've stayed in. The in-room design is clean and minimal ,very attractive.
