the location was excellent for families. it was right in the middle of everything, very convenient. there is a 7-eleven just across the street.. i bought snacks and drinks whenever i wanted. kata night market was only a one-minute walk and had delicious food every night.

i had never experienced this before. usually going down is available at all times for security reasons.. like during a fire. also, you could only choose one floor at a time, so i had to ride up to the fourth floor once because my floor didn't register in time.

The breakfast included many options and tasted fresh. the pool areas were clean. The adult pool seemed relaxing. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.

the air conditioning unit was not easy to control. it ran constantly . it made the room quite cold. also, i found the room was a bit small considering the price.

I found the hotel's location ideal, as it's a short walk to the beach and night market. the breakfast had many options. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, especially its features. the hotel is clean, and the staff is nice. i also appreciated the good varieties available.

I thought the rooms were a little too small. The wardrobe sat inside the bathroom.

the room had plentiful storage space, great to keep our belongings organized. the air conditioning worked efficiently and silently. the bathroom included two separate sinks, so we had space for all our items.

constant humlimited functionality

I must admit, the lack of thorough testing in the design is evident. the air conditioning system is mounted atop a wooden ceiling plate connected to the wall and bed frame. This caused the fan's vibrations to resonate through the walls into the bed. this resulted in a constant hum audible when my head was on the pillow. a small detail. i found the limited functionality and design oversights quite bothersome, it needs a better design.
