excellent location convenient location night market delicious food 7-eleven convenient shop inconvenient elevator security concern fire security floor choosing keycard system

the location was excellent for families. it was right in the middle of everything, very convenient. there is a 7-eleven just across the street.. i bought snacks and drinks whenever i wanted. kata night market was only a one-minute walk and had delicious food every night.

the elevators needed a keycard to go up and down. i had never experienced this before. usually going down is available at all times for security reasons.. like during a fire. also, you could only choose one floor at a time, so i had to ride up to the fourth floor once because my floor didn't register in time.

The breakfast included many options and tasted fresh. the pool areas were clean. The adult pool seemed relaxing. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.

the air conditioning unit was not easy to control. it ran constantly . it made the room quite cold. also, i found the room was a bit small considering the price.

the hotel location made access to local shops easy. breakfast offered many choices and fresh fruit. the pool area included slides for kids, a real plus for families.

the gym was a bit smaller than i expected, it only had a few machines.

I found the hotel's location ideal, as it's a short walk to the beach and night market. the breakfast had many options. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, especially its features. the hotel is clean, and the staff is nice. i also appreciated the good varieties available.

I thought the rooms were a little too small. The wardrobe sat inside the bathroom.

the room had plentiful storage space, great to keep our belongings organized. the air conditioning worked efficiently and silently. the bathroom included two separate sinks, so we had space for all our items.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. i saw thai food and european choices. there was also a special kids' food corner, really appreciated. there was something for everyone.

the staff was very friendly and always helpful. they remembered any allergies we had, really nice. the room attendant kept our room immaculate. the security guard greeted us every day with a warm 'good morning'.

constant hum limited functionality

I must admit, the lack of thorough testing in the design is evident. the air conditioning system is mounted atop a wooden ceiling plate connected to the wall and bed frame. This caused the fan's vibrations to resonate through the walls into the bed. this resulted in a constant hum audible when my head was on the pillow. a small detail. The elevator requires a keycard for both upward and downward travel. i found the limited functionality and design oversights quite bothersome, it needs a better design.
