lovely view!
perfect location friendly staff lovely view
the location was just perfect, close to everything i wanted to see. it was very easy to reach all main attractions by walking. i found the rooms clean. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i really liked that i could see st stephen's basilica right from my windows.
the breakfast required a short walk to a nearby café, not ideal first thing in the morning.

The reception staff was helpful and kind. They answered questions quickly via whatsapp. formal check-in was processed quickly the next day, after the initial late arrival. the staff accommodated calls even beyond office hours at 11 pm.

My room was big with necessary comforts and a nespresso coffee machine. i enjoyed the basilica view from all windows in the room. i found my room very clean. The vibe and colors were great.

the location is very central, right in front of st stephen's basilica church. many main attractions, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. a metro stop is just a few meters away for distant destinations.

Excellent Location and Modern Amenities

The location was superb near the basilica. I requested extra pillows and my request was fulfilled promptly. The modern bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. The staff stored my bags both before check-in and after check-out, a very useful service.
