The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. I found a welcome champagne, a nice touch upon arrival. The staff were amazing. They provided great service. The hotel is excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and definitely will go back.

I found the location to be perfect near bus and metro lines with easy access. i was very grateful for the building's beautiful architecture. It added a nice touch to my stay. the staff at the reception were helpful . They were friendly and available 24/7.
The lift was a bit small. It was sometimes inconvenient.

There was a lidl supermarket just steps away. This made getting groceries very easy. several restaurants and shops were also nearby. I appreciated this convenience for quick meals. breakfast shopping was very accessible too.

the receptionists provided recommendations for cultural sites and restaurants. they explained everything thoroughly ensuring i had all the information needed. the staff also offered storage space before my departure which allowed me to explore the area.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was near a shopping street. a hop-on-hop-off bus stop was also nearby. This made sightseeing very convenient. i found dinner cruises and many restaurants within walking distance.

The wardrobe was difficult to use because the nightstand blocked it. The bathroom fixtures also seemed a bit old. I found a map of Christmas markets but there were no copies available. The wifi was slow when I tried to work

the location was good to walk around the city center.
Finding the entrance was difficult. the room felt cramped, and the bathroom door was right next to the bed. the reception staff acted cold and uninterested. so that really made it worse.

the room was nice the little bottle of champagne was a cute touch.
the shower was too small and looked to be detaching from the wall, a sign of neglect. cleanliness was also an issue. it is a shame because the hotel has potential, but it seems the owner is not investing enough in its upkeep.

the location is excellent for seeing the city. many tourist attractions are close. the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, offering travel recommendations. the hotel room was also super clean.
the photos online are misleading. the rooms are located in a shared building that has seen better days. the interior looks palatial in photos, but it is dark and gloomy. the room was quite small, and the carpet was filthy.
