The location is VERY convenient near the Castle District. Public transportation options are also quite accessible. I received an early check-in. The room was ready upon my arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The room temperature was a bit too warm upon arrival.

The room included complimentary tea and coffee. A mini chocolate was also provided as a welcome gift. The bathroom was beautiful. It had a hairdryer, towels, and shower gels. The minibar allowed me to store water and soda.

I found free parking to be a good option. The breakfast had good variety. Staff helped me find local attractions and provided directions to transportation hubs.
The room temperature was set at a fixed value. An electric heater did compensate, it was disappointing to see in a four-star hotel.

The underground parking was very convenient for me. The location is GREAT for accessing the city center. I especially appreciated the Riso restaurant. It provided tasty food. The private roof terrace off the panorama room was worth EVERY penny.
The room temperature was fixed, somewhat inconvenient.
