The hotel had a garage for parking. This was very convenient. the location was also close to buda castle. I appreciated this proximity.

The staff proved quite helpful. Free drinks upon arrival were certainly welcome after the walk up to the hotel.
The room temperature remained fixed at 20 degrees Celsius. A sign stated it was 'due to economical reason'. An electric heater was provided. This felt rather substandard for a hotel of this supposed category.

average stay with some issues
malfunctioning air conditioning sleepless night
The room's temperature was uncomfortably warm upon arrival. It made sleeping difficult. i contacted the front desk about the malfunctioning air conditioning. the person at the front desk only suggested opening the window. this resulted in a sleepless night because of noise from the street and nearby guests.

free parking breakfast variety helpful staff
I found free parking to be a good option. The breakfast had good variety. Staff helped me find local attractions and provided directions to transportation hubs.
The room temperature was set at a fixed value. An electric heater did compensate, it was disappointing to see in a four-star hotel.

Fantastic Location and Lovely Terrace!

The underground parking was very convenient for me. The location is GREAT for accessing the city center. I especially appreciated the Riso restaurant. It provided tasty food. The private roof terrace off the panorama room was worth EVERY penny.
The room temperature was fixed, somewhat inconvenient.
