the location suited me well with available parking across the street. the room was super clean and cozy. breakfast proved excellent .
the hotel felt somewhat cramped downstairs. moving around was a little awkward. crossing a busy road to reach my car and take the dog out was not very convenient.

the location has parking spaces just across the road making arrival easy. the hotel has a cute bar area. it features a variety of beers and lagers .

the host offered a warm welcome. the staff showed friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay. the breakfast service proved really good with well-cooked options and attention to presentation.

the room was clean. the bed was also comfy.
I was disappointed with the lack of a bathroom door, just a curtain separated it from the bedroom. this lack of privacy was not ideal. i also found the wi-fi signal to be almost nonexistent. I struggled to connect at all.

charming devon stay

The breakfast was excellent, delicious with great presentation. i found the room clean and it had plenty of towels. typical devon cottage beams added nice character. The room was nicely done. fresh milk in the mini fridge for tea and coffee was a nice touch.
the hotel downstairs felt somewhat small, i felt moving around was a little awkward.

Food was excellent at the pub. the evening meal was good as was the breakfast the next morning. i saw the staff provide friendly service in a cozy setting. It seemed very cute and efficient, actually.
