The staff provided helpful service. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices. I found the location very convenient near transport options. Many bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance.
My shower leaked significantly. The basin tap also leaked a lot when turned on. This was inconvenient with our luggage.

the staff were helpful at check in allowing luggage storage before the room was ready.
the room cleanliness was not up to standard there was dust throughout the room and hairs in the bathroom. the bathroom door did not fully close it was a glass door with partial closure so there was no privacy. the air conditioning did not work effectively the room remained warm.
