the room was very clean and luxurious. the location was great, near museums and attractions. the staff was amazing and very helpful (i especially liked their quick responses).

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The price was 22 euros. the quality and freshness of the ingredients were quite noticeable. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept.

the hotel is close to many restaurants, convenient. the tram stops are also nearby, offering easy access to other parts of the city (very useful!). i noticed the building had a modern design.

The staff was happy to help. they provided an upgrade upon my arrival. the room location was good. It was near to everything and also close to tram stops.
the room was not cleaned very well before my arrival. the carpet was stained. i even found an item from the previous guest still in the room.

this hotel was wonderful, so cute after my travels. my room felt fresh. the breakfast buffet was full of choices, a feast each morning. i walked to nearby stores with ease, a lovely way to explore.
i found the noise from nearby rooms noticeable. it made relaxing during the daytime a little difficult. maybe some extra soundproofing would help.
