reasonable stay overall
smooth check-in organized room noisy air-conditioning small bed
The self check in process worked smoothly. Staff were nearby if needed. the room felt clean and well organized. the bed provided comfortable sleep.
The air conditioning barely worked. It made a lot of noise.

great natural light multiple treadmills very close tram
I found the gym included multiple treadmills and various weights! The room had large windows offering great natural light. The tram stop was very close. I walked there in under two minutes.
The elevators were a bit slow. Sometimes there was a short wait

minor issues impacted the stay
faulty air conditioning missing cutlery
i encountered some frustrating issues. the air conditioning didn't work, it just displayed 25 degrees with no way to adjust it. this made the room very uncomfortable, especially since i couldn't open the window. i also found it irritating that i had to ask for cutlery for the kitchenette in the beautiful studio. it wasn't provided automatically, unusual.

faulty air conditioning distant location
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. It was HOT. There was no fridge. Above the head of the bed, there was a lamp VERY close to the mattress. I kept hitting my head. It is also far from the center. What a DISASTER.
