slow check-in constant noise
I was annoyed by the slow check-in process. it felt disorganized. the staff seemed to prioritize other guests, notably europeans, serving them quickly. i felt quite unwelcome. This was unprofessional. also, there was a constant noise problem, likely from a nearby bar. This made it impossible to relax.

local preserves central location spacious bedroom
The breakfast had excellent variety. i especially enjoyed the local preserves. i also appreciated the central location. Shops and cafes are very close. my room was spacious and quiet despite facing a pedestrian street.
the hotel had no designated parking for drop off and i found the street to be crowded.

Excellent Stay in the City Center
larger room breakfast variety convenient location helpful staff members
I appreciated the upgrade to a larger room upon arrival, it gave me additional space to relax. The breakfast selection had a lot of variety , and i found it to be great. The location was really convenient , since everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay .
The restaurant service was slow , especially when waiting for dishes and receiving everything at once.

The hotel has two entrances. One leads to a pedestrian area, the other directly accesses a street filled with restaurants, it closes at midnight. The hotel provides a bar service open until late at night, useful if you want to relax. A gym is available, so guests can maintain their workout routines.

The rooms include a small refrigerator without a freezer , which is convenient for keeping drinks cool. There are two complimentary bottles of water provided daily in the rooms, very useful. The rooms are well-equipped, and they contain snow-white linen.

Breakfast offered many options , and the staff knew my preferences by the third day. Fresh eggs were cooked according to individual preferences each morning, a great touch. The coffee was good , a perk for starting the day.

The hotel is a short walk from the historic city, only two minutes away from the main entrance. The promenade is also close, about three minutes on foot, it is ideal for evening walks. The location is central , near main attractions.
