central location buffet breakfast helpful staff
The hotel location rocks. I walked to the main street super quick. The breakfast buffet blew my mind with so many options. The staff? Totally on point, they helped me plan my day.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours so I had to wait for a short bit.

helpful staff convenient location
I found the staff helpful! they were ready to accommodate my special requests, which i super appreciated. the location is also so convenient. I loved that it was a short walk to nizami street! and park bulvar mall is right across. It leads to a wonderful promenade walk
the room was awfully noisy! there is huge traffic right in front of the hotel. the windows are not fully sound-proof, and it was difficult to have a quiet night of sleep. it was also hot in the room.

The breakfast service was excellent! it included fresh juices and a rich assortment of options, providing an energetic start to each day! the selection was consistently fresh. It made mornings very enjoyable.

The rooms are cozy! and also very clean. the superior room sea view was airy. It included spacious design elements. the bed was very comfortable. It made for excellent sleep.

The park bulvar mall is right across from the hotel. It leads to a wonderful walk at the promenade. this nearby amenity offers plenty of entertainment options. the proximity enhances the overall experience.

high decoration big space nice choice
the room had good quality decoration and was tidy. breakfast had a big space and nice choice. i appreciated the location near boardwalk and restaurants.
the gym didn't have a pool.

unprofessional staff limited help
the location was acceptable near the city center. it's what i expected.
i was disappointed with the reception staff. they seemed unprofessional and not very cute to me. i needed a power adapter to charge my phone, but they didn't provide help and even refused to charge my phone at their counter. i had to ask multiple times for water, i really felt they want to save every possible dollar.
