the staff was friendly i appreciated the help with parking. the breakfast had a wide choice of options. room 305 had a balcony with a street view and ample space.
the courtyard seating area was not inviting it had plastic tables and no chairs. i was woken up early by reception to remind me about checkout time. housekeeping was also doing rounds noisily at that time.

sewage odorindifferent staff
the bathroom emitted a sewage odor i reported it, a temporary fix failed, the smell returned, and i was not moved to another room. room 309's hvac only heated. There was no fan option, and the window opened onto a public area, compromising privacy. staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. i had to check out early.
