i found the staff super helpful, they were great too. the air conditioning kept the room cool (a huge plus!). i saw that the room was really clean. the breakfast tasted good, and the tram was just steps away.
the furniture looked a little old.

the hotel is super close to the aksaray tram station (it is one minute walk!). i could also easily walk to the aksaray metro station in maybe five minutes. this made getting around town easy.

the room was clean. i had fresh towels and bed covers changed every day. the room had everything i needed while traveling. the strong air conditioning was awesome after a long day.

the hotel offers a shuttle service, and i heard the prices are reasonable. the reception arranged everything for us. i was happy with the overall facilities available (especially the fast wifi!).

The tram station was very close. The walk was about one minute. The breakfast offered many choices. The staff were always available. I appreciated their assistance.
The room was slightly smaller than expected but it was still manageable for a solo traveler.

the hotel location is excellent. it is close to key attractions and also tram stops. the breakfast offers a satisfactory variety of food. i enjoyed the rooftop terrace with tables where i could feed seagulls.
the room photos did not reflect reality. my room cleaning was not as expected upon arrival. the single room size did not fit both me and my bags comfortably on the bed. the shower had a mold smell.
