The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are VERY clean and the amenities are excellent!!! The staff are amazingly friendly and genuinely honest. They happily help with any request and provide honest information.

The location is wonderful. Hagia sophia, blue mosque, and topkapi are close by. the staff was very kind, cute, polite, and always helpful. i enjoyed the very tasty breakfast options available. i found that the staff were amazing and very helpful .
The lighting in the rooms is not the best. The light comes in early.

The room was clean and pleasant, contributing to a comfortable stay. a bonus was the well-equipped bathroom. It had everything i needed. the provided amenities were of good quality.

the staff was very attentive and addressed requests promptly. omaima at the front desk provided a wonderful service. they were polite and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the stay.
