surprisingly comfy stay!
clean rooms daily sheet changes diverse breakfast helpful staff
The rooms was really clean. for me, that is important. the cleaning staff changed the sheets daily. the breakfast was diverse. There was enough choices for four days. the staff was helpful and caring to me, which I appreciated.
the gym is not so good as other hotels in it's range.

the hotel is very close to the t1 tram stop. it is also a walk to the aqueduct. it is possible to walk to the suleiman mosque from here. the general location is good.

stale bread concerning stains
The location was alright the staff seemed competent enough.
The breakfast was a sad affair the bread was stale each morning. The minibar was empty which was a surprise I like some overpriced water. I also noticed some rather concerning stains on the carpet perhaps from a past guest's unfortunate spill.

surprising experience
helpful staff delicious food good location easy access
staff were helpful for tours. mr coskun, mr batuhan and ms. nur from the kitchen staff offered great hospitality. i ordered room service twice and food was flavorful. staff helped book taxi services. location is good it has easy access to public transportation.
the bathroom had a sliding door, and there was no lock. the overhead shower wasn't working because the handle would not turn. you could hear noises from outside when sleeping very late.

the breakfast buffet offers a broad selection. you can ask staff for omelets or fried eggs, and they prepare them right away. the hotel is located near the metro and tram stations.
