staff were helpful for tours. mr coskun, mr batuhan and ms. nur from the kitchen staff offered great hospitality. i ordered room service twice and food was flavorful. staff helped book taxi services. location is good it has easy access to public transportation.

the bathroom had a sliding door, and there was no lock. the overhead shower wasn't working because the handle would not turn. you could hear noises from outside when sleeping very late.
