i appreciated the manager and staff who offered attentive service from arrival to departure they ensured check-in was smooth i also found them to provide excellent local recommendations the team maintained our room perfectly i valued their professionalism and warmth. the main restaurant included international and tunisian options i found the food sincere and delicious the buffet had several entrances main courses and desserts prepared with attention to refinement i thank mr faycal for his care. i appreciated the staff they were friendly and helpful especially towards my daughter she enjoyed the activities at the kids club i thank hana for her time with my daughter
i noticed the bungalow had limited cleanliness and i saw some stains on the table the bathroom smelled a little like sewage and i had to request a second set of towels from reception

the staff provided excellent service and attended to all requests promptly they were polite and helpful at all times i appreciated their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort throughout my stay they ensured every detail was addressed.

the villa was very comfortable and included carpet paintings and a terrace it had dressing spaces for clothes i appreciated the daily cleaning towel changes shampoo shower gel and bottled water all contributed to a very comfortable stay. the villa's cozy atmosphere created a relaxing and cute experience.

the resort had a fitness room with a view of the pool and garden i enjoyed the three pools with supervision from morning until evening i also noticed the ground and corridors were clean and secure i appreciated the main entrance side beach and camera for security.

I appreciated the attentive staff upon arrival. The food options impressed me (i loved the variety!). The buffet offered many choices, ensuring every guest found something appealing. The quality and presentation of the meals added to the dining experience.
The limited tv channel selection could be improved to provide more entertainment options. I found this a minor inconvenience .

The manager and staff provided really good service. They ensured every aspect of my visit was taken care of from check-in to check-out. their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request. the dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and it satisfied every palate. i particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of options available and found the villa luxurious, spacious, and well-appointed.
the entertainment team were not as helpful, and i found this slightly disappointing.

The hotel's location is excellent and right on the beach. the beach features golden sand. the sea is excellent for swimming with the family. All services are readily available nearby though the parking was expensive.

The suite had sufficient space and room enough to move around without bumping into things.
I must say that hotel was disappointing. The television had so few channels, it almost seemed pointless. The hotel amenities seemed lacking, and the food was poor, the fruit tasted like it had gone bad, I did not expect that.
