The manager and staff provided really good service. They ensured every aspect of my visit was taken care of from check-in to check-out. their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request. the dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and it satisfied every palate. i particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of options available and found the villa luxurious, spacious, and well-appointed.
the entertainment team were not as helpful, and i found this slightly disappointing.

the hotel staff was warm and professional. special thanks goes to khaled, the front office manager, for his really good service and attention to detail. his assistance greatly contributed to a comfortable stay

The food was diverse and creative, with eastern and western dishes available. there was a daily variety of dishes. Fruits, sweets, juices, and ice cream were also available. food availability suited my needs throughout the day

The hotel's location is excellent and right on the beach. the beach features golden sand. the sea is excellent for swimming with the family. All services are readily available nearby though the parking was expensive.

entertainment and sports programs were provided for adults and children throughout the day. the swimming pools vary in length to suit both children and adults. there are basketball, tennis, and football courts near the hotel.

The hotel staff provided a warm welcome! the facilities were well-organized, and the food offered a wide variety. i especially appreciated adil's assistance. He. khalid from the front office provided useful help, too.

Mediocre stay with some major problems

The suite had sufficient space and room enough to move around without bumping into things.
I must say that hotel was disappointing. The television had so few channels, it almost seemed pointless. The hotel amenities seemed lacking, and the food was poor, the fruit tasted like it had gone bad, I did not expect that.
