the location was actually decent, i guess, being nearish to the central area.
okay, where do i EVEN begin? first off, the 'superior quiet room without view no daylight' room i booked was like a dingy CLOSET. it was the smallest room EVER. i swear two people couldn't even PASS each other without bumping into something. honestly, it was like living in a poorly lit submarine. i REALLY expected better for the price i paid.

brand new boutique experience

varied breakfastchosen timebreakfast bagfaulty light
the breakfast catered to all tastes and was very well presented (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). i was asked on arrival what time i wanted breakfast, i always had a table for my chosen time. on my last day, i had an early flight home and was offered a breakfast bag to go, fantastic.
there was a problem with a light not turning off in my room. i asked them to fix it at 17:00 and then again at 00:00, and they came up and covered it so i could sleep. i did not expect this based on the money i paid.
Location
9/10
the hotel is near the main shopping avenue, a short walk is required. gamla stan is also accessible with a walk straight ahead, it took me approximately 15 minutes to reach it.
Dining
9/10
the breakfast had options for all tastes with great service and well-presented food. the restaurant seemed popular for dinner, it was fully booked on most evenings. i noticed a wide range of dishes available.
Rooms
10/10
my room was impeccably clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. the room felt very modern and all utilities looked to be of high quality. the bathroom was clean and spacious.
Service
10/10
the front desk team was very friendly, helpful, and cute. upon check-in, i realized i had left something in the taxi, they handled the situation with understanding. i could settle the payment upon check-out.
