The hotel's location offered easy beach access. It was very convenient. i also appreciated the large food selection in the main restaurant. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay! the animation team's engaging activities.
The pillows weren't great. They felt a bit cheap.

I loved the evening entertainment. There was always something fun happening for children, it was a highlight! The food choices were great for every meal. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean. the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels!
The hotel had turned the aircon off , made it less enjoyable. It was hard to get ready or sleep in the heat and I could not get a fan.

The room was spacious with good natural light. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Fresh towels and linens were provided daily. housekeeping kept everything very tidy.

The reception staff were polite and efficient at check-in. They provided helpful information about the hotel. The bar waiters were friendly and quick, they always made sure drinks were refilled. The entertainment team was engaging!

i appreciated the hotel's direct access to the beach. the close proximity to the medina was definitely convenient. the restaurant included a varied selection of food. the room was spacious, it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i found it convenient.
i noticed that some of the bathroom fixtures looked slightly dated.
