The room was impeccably clean. the location was in the heart of the action. the swimming pool felt beautifully private. It was so calming and tender.

the hotel's location is central.. it is close to the main street. the pool was also a plus. i liked the helpful staff.
my room was small and had no closet. there was no balcony. i noticed humidity in the room.. i detected a bad smell.

Perfect Sanctuary in Oia

The breakfast had tasty omelette with mushrooms. Greek yoghurt and fruit was delicious. The pool is tranquil with large comfy beds. I found eateries and shops to browse just steps from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me.
The hotel had some plumbing issues. There were some major water problems. I think there should be a backup. An electric water tank would be a good idea.

The location was great, right next to the blue domes. i found the pool area a nice escape from crowds. the staff arranged trips and taxis quickly during my short stay. They were very helpful and lovely.
the room service menu could use more variety.
