the staff were helpful and polite, a definite plus.
I found the place underwhelming on many levels. There were barely any hangers in the closet for storing clothes. That was annoying. i found it strange that there were no hooks in the shower for a towel.

I appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel arranged day drivers, and they accommodated all our requests. Breakfast had a great variety of food that was freshly prepared when ordered. We found the shuttle car drop-off and pick-up service to the town center very useful. It made visiting the area easy.
The pool could use a refresh to maintain a luxurious aesthetic.

I found the room clean. Staff members were very friendly. The hotel offered a cooking class. Breakfast included many choices. I enjoyed the pool and the gym. The main pool overlooks the forest. The location was quiet. It provided a restful escape. Getting to town was easy with a taxi.
The hotel does not allow ride-hailing services. Local taxi drivers protect their business. This limits transportation options. The hotel should consider this.
