fantastic location complimentary tea stocked fridge
The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions. I found a great supply of complimentary tea and coffee, which I appreciated. My room included a fridge stocked with bottled water. I found this a thoughtful touch.
The window in my room was broken and could not be opened. This, somewhat uncomfortable.

lumpy pillows blackout curtains
the shower changed between hot and cold, it was very annoying. there weren't no blackout curtains, and the street lights outside really bothered me and my sleeping. i also noted the pillows felt lumpy. i probably won't return because of these issues.

stuffy room no hooks
the location was amazing for exploring.
the room i stayed in felt quite stuffy because the window wouldn't open. also i found there were no hooks on the back of the door for coats and that became a problem when it rained. the absence of blackout curtains also made it hard for me to sleep, street lights were very bright.

Acceptable stay near attractions

clean bathroom lovely toiletries squeaky bed street light
I found the location amazing, very close to the cathedral and the castle. The room was warm, and the bathroom was clean. I appreciated the lovely toiletries provided. It was a good stay overall..
Unfortunately, attention to detail seemed lacking. The bed was unbelievably squeaky and clunky. the curtains did little to block out the street light at night. It was quite bothersome.
