dusty bedsheets small bathroom
The room's cleanliness wasn't great. I noticed some dust and what was to be stains on the bedsheets! It made me question how thoroughly they clean between guests. the bathroom was quite small and not very functional, it felt cramped and could use some updating.

a charming stay!
modern room tropical garden quick scooter
i really enjoyed my stay , all the staff were friendly and helpful. the tropical garden felt safe and calm. it was easy to reach some favorite restos, warungs ,and cafes. a quick scooter trip took me to the beach and everything around.
my room had a bathroom outside, so going to the bathroom and showering was a bit uncomfortable , especially at night. a lot of bugs and mosquitoes came into the room when i opened the door just to go to the toilet. i had to go to the reception with any questions or requests, a little inconvenient.

the plunge pool offers a refreshing break , alongside multiple lounge areas perfect for relaxation. there is a well-kept tropical garden with ample seating. laundry service is available and it is quick , priced affordably for convenience.

staff members are consistently friendly and helpful , always ready to address any concerns. the staff offered assistance with a late check out , allowing me to stay in the outdoor lounge after checking out because of a late flight. quick responses from the staff ensured a smooth and pleasant experience , contributing to the overall positive impression.

spacious room well kept room outside bathroom hair dryer
The rooms were spacious and well kept. the staff was friendly and helpful. They looked after me very well.
the bathroom was outside, this made showering uncomfortable and at night bugs came into the room. i was told that for requests i needed to go to the reception, imagine having to go downstairs for a hair dryer.

the pool was clean. the staff was kind (they really went the extra mile). the outdoor seating area was nice.
the room i stayed in had a bathroom outside. going to the bathroom and showering felt uncomfortable. many bugs and mosquitoes came into the room every time i opened the door to go to the toilet.
