Excellent Stay and Service

I found the hotel decorations elegant and relaxing. The spa offered a wonderful experience with a great massage therapist. The food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the desserts!). I certainly plan to return to this location soon.
I had issues with noise from a private event on the seventh floor. I heard the loud music over the television in my room. I wish they could better manage noise during these events.

The breakfast included many fruits and healthy options. Dinner was also very good in terms of taste. The bar and restaurant near the pool offered delicious food at reasonable prices.

The beach was clean and the pool area was very nice. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach made for a relaxing day. The hotel has beautiful grounds.

Staff members were nice and attentive from arrival to departure. Every interaction felt genuine and helpful. Dennis at the check-in desk was friendly and thorough (he enhanced my check-in process!).

i loved the direct beach access with chairs. umbrellas made it easy to spend the whole day there. the aveda spa was so nice! i especially enjoyed the dinner and breakfast as the food was fantastic.
this meant walking down to the 8th floor sometimes.

My room included a separate seating area. The bed had comfortable, quality linens and pillows. The room had a modern television with streaming capabilities, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night's rest.

The concierge arranged transportation to and from the airport. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough each day. The front desk staff were always available to answer questions, and they provided helpful information about local attractions.
