lovely room and excellent service
lovely room great service
The hotel room was lovely. everything was well thought out and i was given the best service from check-in to checkout! i would stay again. The decor created a special vibe.
the lighting in the room was dim. i had to use my phone torch to see properly though the rest of the amenities were great.

the hotel features carefully curated wines and beers. ales are also well curated. the staff demonstrated excellent service. the overall design of the place is fine, though form sometimes prevails over function.

a somewhat dim experience
dim lighting brown decor
the staff seemed nice enough , i will say.
The lighting in the room was dim , like they were trying to save on the electric bill or something. it was really hard to read , so i just gave up. also , the decor was overwhelmingly brown . It reminded me of i was staying inside a chocolate bar , and not in a good way.

excellent service great decor curated drinks dim lighting dark walls small window
the staff provided excellent service they catered to all needs. the hotel decor and vibe was great. the hotel has a good selection of drinks and really good food.
the room lighting was dim i had to use my phone's torch. the dark walls and furnishings combined with minimal lighting and a small window made the room quite dark. the bathroom also suffered from this lack of light.

The lighting was definitely an issue. It was too dim in the room. i struggled to read. the decor was overwhelmingly brown throughout the whole place, which really wasn't to my taste. it.

Really good Stay in Yorkshire
stylish decor relaxed atmosphere barista coffee
I appreciated the stylish decor and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast included both continental options and a cooked breakfast, complete with barista coffee. I found the location beautiful and the views great. Ilkley is only a couple of miles away.
