I really appreciated the central location of the accommodation.. i especially enjoyed the balcony suite. It felt so luxurious. the reception staff helped me keep the same room for extra nights. the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the wines, too.

The hotel charged a holding fee per room. i was effectively overcharged after the parking fees. they reconciled the room service charges later. i did request a fold-out bed for one room. It was agreed to but not provided.

The hotel is near the dockside ferry stop, providing easy access to the city. it's approximately a 20-minute walk across a pedestrian bridge to the botanical gardens. A good local cafe and bar are within a 10-minute walk.

The room size was generous. The bed was also comfortable enough.

I found the pool to be quite dirty. There was a noticeable scum ring, rather unpleasant (i did expect better). This definitely impacted my experience.
