the staff were friendly. the bathroom had a great shower. i really loved the location on nanjing road because it put me close to shopping. i found restaurants outside the door.

the elevator situation was a bit annoying. it seemed like cards never worked quite right. i saw guests struggling to reach their floors. breakfast was disorganized, and it got crowded. used dishes werent always taken away quickly.

The executive lounge team provided excellent service. Ruby received us warmly upon arrival. She gave us all the information we needed. Matthew sent us a box of snacks when we checked out. Kaya remembered our preferences and made very delicious coffee.

The hotel room felt ancient and a refurbishment was overdue. The water boiler was at the bottom of a cupboard. The hotel room lacked a coffee machine. It also lacked some room amenities.
