Adequate Airport Hotel, but Some Issues

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient.

The noise isolation in the room was substandard. I heard aircraft noise throughout the night. (Perhaps better soundproofing is necessary.) The cleanliness in some areas was also questionable. I noticed stains on the fabric covering the seating area. The internet connection was weak on my mobile phone.

The airport shuttle was punctual. the included breakfast had several good options like yogurt and croissants. i found a small grocery store just behind the building. the hot shower had good water pressure. It was refreshing after my flight.

The hotel lacked vending machines. Getting a quick snack or drink required some planning.

i found ashley and luna at the reception to be polite and helpful. they were always quick to assist me with any questions or provide useful advice about the area. their friendly attitude really improved my overall experience. i'd definitely recommend staying here if you want awesome service!

there were no vending machines available if i needed a quick snack or drink, a little inconvenient.
