the staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the gym has functional equipment. the hotel kept my father-in-law's medicines he mistakenly left behind and confirmed they would keep it for collection when we returned (i found that very thoughtful).
The air conditioning in the room did not cool below 23c. Maintenance attempted a repair, however the room remained warm and humid. (it's a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning).

the area felt safe with many shops and restaurants close by. it is a suitable area for walking around at night and exploring local dining. several embassies and international schools are in the vicinity.

the breakfast offered varied food options. the terrace is a nice place for breakfast. dinner requests were accommodated with special attention. the restaurant staff were lovely and efficient.

the reception staff were excellent and always available. the hotel staff were helpful with requests for supplies and tours. the porters and cleaners were attentive. i found the service to be great overall.

the rooms were spacious and clean. a fragrant scent permeated the corridors. the rooms are on the upper floors providing a pleasant stay. the view from the room was awesome. (i specifically enjoyed the spaciousness).

My room had a well-stocked minibar, including bottled water. The staff showed excellent attention to my requests. The ground floor coffee shop had very good desserts on offer. I enjoyed them.
The hotel offered a taxi service, but the price was higher than using uber. The driver did not speak english, and the car made concerning sounds. This.

The room was clean and quite large. The balcony was a nice addition to the room and offered a view. The room came equipped with sufficient amenities.

The hotel boasts fragrant corridors. The hotel occupies only the top two floors of the building. The restaurant provides a beautiful view and quiet seating. It was quite relaxing.

Breakfast was varied and good. The restaurant staff was lovely. I noted a tiny pizzeria next door called olivio. I tried their amazing pizza.

the breakfast had reasonable choices with a good price i liked the location it felt central a nice cafe existed on the premises our room was on an upper level it could see across to the nile the room had a good sized balcony
the air conditioning did not work properly it never went below 23c in the room when i asked for them to check it out they came to repair it they said they needed to change a filter the bathroom was fine except the shower may have had mold i was concerned about spots on the tiles
