i found the staff to be very cute. they were professional and really did their best to. my room was always clean. the housekeeping staff tidied up every day with fresh towels. the breakfast had a tasty and varied selection (especially the greek yogurt!).

the first room i was given had a noticeable cigarette smell. the receptionist changed my room, but she seemed a little annoyed by my request.

the hotel is close to the city center. i appreciated the proximity to shops. public transportation is also nearby, offering easy access to explore the city's attractions (this really helped me!).
