the room had beautiful decorations, i loved that. everything was spotlessly clean, it was excellent. we had a mini fridge with soft drinks and water.. breakfast items were also available in the room, this was a great touch.
we booked as one adult and two children, this should have been clear. after we got into the hotel, we found there was no bedding for the sofa bed. there was only one bed for three people, this was unacceptable.. also, there was no heating on, and it was quite cold.

the host ensured great communication.. nothing seemed like too much trouble when i made extra requests. the hotel provided great decor and cleanliness, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the owner's friendly and helpful nature.
We had to share. the shower head needs attention because it sprayed water everywhere when i tried using it. this was a slight inconvenience during an otherwise lovely stay.

I just LOVED the beautifully furnished rooms! There was everything and MORE . Breakfast items in the fridge and a choice of hot drinks were available. This was wonderful. The rooms were super clean!!!
The restaurant is no longer there, so biscuits would be appreciated instead of the porridge and muffin I didn't touch.

I found the room very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The self check in was simple, therefore there was no delay. Lots of snacks and drinks were provided (i appreciated the fresh orange juice!).
The pub was closed, so food was not available. I attended a scheduled event, therefore this was not an issue.
