Francisco and Alejandro Made the Trip!

Francisco and Alejandro at the rooftop bar were great. They anticipated our needs. They provided Prosecco and even created a special cocktail for me. I always looked for them when going upstairs. They greeted us with high fives. Freddy was attentive by the pool. He kept food and drinks coming.
The noise from the restaurant across the street bothered me. Loud music played until 1 AM every night. People sat outside and were very loud, it affected my relaxing evenings on the balcony. Next time I will bring earplugs.

The rooftop features two jacuzzis and a pool area with lounge chairs and shaded areas. The gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight-lifting equipment. I saw staff keeping the area clean and well-kept.

maria jose made our days extra special. her attentiveness was unmatched. I always had a drink when i needed one, unlike some other servers. this.
the music from the rooftop party was too loud for me. it started early and continued until late, even in our suite. this made relaxing difficult because i could hear the outside street parties very loudly.

the hotel is only one block from the market street. the beach is also quite close, about two blocks away. this proximity made it easy to explore the local shops and enjoy beach walks.

the food options were AMAZING!!! we were really in food heaven with all the available choices. breakfast included a fresh omelets station. i really liked how the restaurants were order off the menu even with the all inclusive package.

our room was spacious and clean. the bathroom had a nice design and was very functional. the rooms really were huge and tidy which i noticed.

i found the breakfasts to be great. the location is also amazing near the sea. the rooftop pool scene is hard to compare.
the payment method was not ideal. i also found international wire transfers were not an option.
