an lovely escape
really good cleanliness polite service easy access
i found the resort clean. the staff offered consistently kind and polite service. i particularly enjoyed the cocktails (the bartenders were amazing!). i also appreciated the proximity to fifth avenue, with access to shops and restaurants.
i noticed some inconsistencies with the room's temperature control. the air conditioning wasn't always as effective as i expected, especially during the warmer parts of the day. this affected my comfort level at times, especially when trying to rest during the afternoon.

The garden view king bed provided ample space and comfort. the room included a spacious bathroom with two sinks. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Fresh towels were always available.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the central district. shopping and dining options are a short walk away. i felt secure on the hotel because security officers were consistently present. i could easily explore nearby attractions.

clean room separate sinks comfy beds
the room was so clean, i mean REALLY super clean. it had two separate sinks in the bathroom. the beds are comfy. i appreciated the food at the restaurants, great service THERE.
