The guesthouse had a good central location. It was an easy, short, and flat walk to the train station or city centre.
The lack of cold water was annoying. There was no cold tap in the rooms or shower facilities for drinking or brushing teeth. I later discovered the kitchen and maybe drinking water was available there.

Excellent City Center Accommodation

The accommodation is a short walk from the main station, the castle, and the city center. Check-in uses a keyless code and a key box. The entire accommodation was recently renovated so everything is in good condition. The kitchen and dining room facilities are excellent
The room was a bit too hot and felt airless. There was no cold water tap available in the room or shower facilities for brushing teeth or drinking water.

The bedroom was fantastic. I felt great value for the money. The kitchen and bedrooms downstairs were super clean. I would defo recommend and go again.
The manager sounds unkind. He behaved aggressively. I would have like a better attitude.

The location is super for visiting. It is close to the city centre. It allows guests to access experiences easily and quickly, also the main rail and bus stations are in walking distance.

a mixed bag

The noise levels were surprisingly high. Thin walls, i suppose. i could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. also, the absence of an elevator proved quite inconvenient. Dragging my luggage up the stairs was not my idea of fun, though i managed, i guess.

the location is very good, close to the city centre. shared bathrooms were always clean, even though all guests used them. it was useful to have access to the kitchen and dining room.
the stairs were a little steep, i would have preferred a room on a lower floor.
