i found the staff great. they made an effort to meet every need i had. breakfast offered the best options i've encountered in many italian hotels, and the bar menu was extensive.

the electric gate required exiting the car each time to enter or exit. this proved inconvenient, especially during inclement weather. i would have preferred a more seamless access system.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the lake and the town center. the staff was excellent and provided great recommendations. the cleaning staff kept our suite immaculate each day. It was very nice. private parking on-site was a considerable advantage. i liked the calm atmosphere and attentive service around the pool area.

the spa hours could potentially be extended, especially on weekdays.

i loved that every staff member was friendly and helpful. the hotel room was beautiful with excellent air conditioning. the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great with robes and slippers supplied. the spa and pool area had fine views.

the electric gate was a slight inconvenience when entering and exiting because i had to get out of the car each time.

the location was good and within walking distance of the historic center.

the electric gate was annoying, as i had to get in and out of the car every time i wanted to enter or exit the premises. it was especially frustrating when it was raining (which it did often). this setup felt unnecessarily inconvenient.
