the electric gate required exiting the car each time to enter or exit. this proved inconvenient, especially during inclement weather. i would have preferred a more seamless access system.

I booked the suite lake view thermal spa access. the room had excellent air conditioning and a super comfortable bed. robes and slippers were supplied, which i found to be a nice touch. the location was close to the historical center. The walk was short.

the electric gate required getting out of the car each time, inconvenient when it rained!

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the lake and the town center. the staff was excellent and provided great recommendations. the cleaning staff kept our suite immaculate each day. It was very nice. private parking on-site was a considerable advantage. i liked the calm atmosphere and attentive service around the pool area.

the spa hours could potentially be extended, especially on weekdays.
