The staff displayed very nice helpfulness. Dillon from the kitchen was especially understanding. I appreciated the clean and tidy room. Its location proved convenient for my trip.
There were only three parking spaces available! I had to park quite a distance away. The pub restaurant's dinner hours did not accommodate my schedule.

no sink uselate breakfast
The room was okay, i guess, but nothing special. a double or twin room private bathroom was what i booked. breakfast was supposed to start early, but i was told 9am was the earliest. that was too late for me. i had to leave much earlier, so i missed it. what bothered me most was the staff seemed too busy chatting instead of fixing the sink. It wouldn't drain. no sink use, late breakfast
I found the staff friendly. They accommodated every request. The electronic door system installed throughout. Breakfast was delicious with various options available, WHICH added to THE overall positive experience.
the steep flight of stairs leading to the room presented a challenge. carrying luggage UP those stairs was particularly inconvenient.
Dining

The hotel's evening meals featured interesting specials. I liked the beef and ale pie. The strawberry cheesecake was a good dessert option, though the presentation could have been elevated.
Location
8/10
The hotel is conveniently located near Harwich, approximately a twenty-minute drive. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the coastal area. The local area offers easy access to neighboring towns.
